Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using CaspiCloud services

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of CaspiCloud services provided by AMR LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

  • "Service" refers to CaspiCloud cloud infrastructure services including compute, storage, and networking resources
  • "User" or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using our services
  • "Quota" refers to the allocated resource limits assigned to your account
  • "AMR" or "We" refers to AMR LLC, the company operating CaspiCloud

Services Provided

CaspiCloud provides OpenStack-based cloud infrastructure services including:

  • Virtual machine (compute) provisioning and management
  • Block storage volumes and snapshots
  • Virtual networking, security groups, and floating IPs
  • Web-based dashboard (Horizon) and API access
  • Technical support during business hours

Account Responsibilities

As a CaspiCloud customer, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Keeping your contact information accurate and up-to-date
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account

Payment Terms

CaspiCloud uses a quota-based pricing model:

  • Minimum monthly spend is ₼40 (forty Azerbaijani Manat)
  • Payment is due in advance for the billing period
  • Quotas are allocated upon payment confirmation
  • Unused quota does not roll over to subsequent periods
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use CaspiCloud services for:

  • Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Unauthorized access to other systems or networks
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
  • Activities that could damage CaspiCloud infrastructure or other customers

Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of your data stored on CaspiCloud. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, or with your explicit consent. Your data is stored in Azerbaijan and subject to local data protection laws.

Service Level Agreement

CaspiCloud targets 99.9% uptime for infrastructure services. In case of service disruptions exceeding our SLA commitments, eligible customers may receive service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance and excluded from uptime calculations.

Limitation of Liability

CaspiCloud services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, you must retrieve your data within 30 days; after this period, data may be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
